new laws to reflect chat robots or AI

We should think about new laws to reflect artificial intelligence and robots.

As we get more and more automation online like chat robots pretending to be a real person, we should think about mandatory classification and labeling. Consumer and users should know if they are talking/chatting to a real person or not. Also an email should state if that is an automatic.

Robots might be forced to tell the truth (or close to) and not selling lies (at least they should not betray our trust, right?).

Why the contribution is important

We cannot identify an AI or chat or robot on the phone or online.

We need to know if this is a real person, abiding under law and restrictions.

Labels and laws for the owner might help to force the software to tell the truth.
